Custom Orders

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate information, including names, spellings, dates, recipient details, occasion details, personal stories, preferences, and any other details requested during checkout.

We use the information you provide to create a custom song or gift experience. Creative decisions may include lyrics, structure, genre interpretation, tone, phrasing, arrangement, and overall presentation.

While we make reasonable efforts to follow the preferences submitted, we do not guarantee that every detail or preference will appear exactly as requested.

Production and Delivery

Digital song orders are delivered electronically to the email address or delivery method provided at checkout.

Delivery timelines are estimates unless specifically stated otherwise in writing.

Kinfold is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, email filtering, technical issues outside of our control, missing order details, or delays in customer response.

Revisions

If revisions are included with your order, they must be based on the original order details.

Revision requests that change the recipient, occasion, story, genre, tone, or overall concept may require an additional fee or a new order.

Final Sale Items

Because personalized digital songs are custom-made, all sales are final once production has started, except where required by law or where Kinfold determines that a correction is appropriate due to an error on our part.

Customer Content

By submitting names, stories, memories, text, preferences, photos, or other materials, you confirm that you have the right to provide that content to us and that your submission does not violate the rights of another person.

You grant Kinfold permission to use the submitted information to create, deliver, revise, and support your order.

Kinfold will not use your personal story, recipient details, or finished custom song in public marketing without your permission.

Ownership and Personal Use

After delivery, you may use your custom song for personal, non-commercial purposes. This includes sharing it with family, friends, and on personal social media accounts.

You may not resell, redistribute, license, upload for commercial monetization, or commercially exploit the song without written permission from Kinfold.

Kinfold retains ownership of its website, brand assets, templates, workflows, product structure, creative systems, and any non-customer-specific materials used to create orders.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or services to submit content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, invasive of privacy, infringing, misleading, threatening, harassing, or otherwise harmful.
