Return and Refund Policy

Kinfold creates personalized digital songs and custom gift experiences based on the information provided by each customer. Because each order is custom-made, our return and refund policy is different from a standard physical product store.
Custom Digital Song Orders
All custom digital song purchases are final sale once production has started. Each song is created specifically for the recipient, occasion, story, and details submitted with the order.
You may request a cancellation and full refund within 2 hours of placing your order, as long as production has not already started.
After production has started, we do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect or incomplete details submitted by the customer
- Misspelled names or incorrect dates submitted by the customer
- Not liking the selected genre, tone, or creative direction after production has started
- Delivery delays caused by an incorrect email address
- Personal preference after the custom song has been delivered
Revisions
If your order includes revisions, we will make reasonable edits based on the original information you provided.
Revisions may include small adjustments to wording, tone, lyric details, or overall feel.
Revisions do not include creating an entirely new song, changing the recipient, changing the occasion, replacing the original story, or requesting a completely different genre after production has started.
Order Issues
If there is a technical issue with your delivered file, such as a broken download link or corrupted audio file, contact us at support@kinfoldgifts.com and we will help correct the issue.
If Kinfold makes a clear mistake based on the information you submitted, we will work to correct it.
Customer-Submitted Information
Please review all names, spellings, dates, relationship details, and personal stories before submitting your order. Kinfold is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.
Physical Products
Kinfold may offer physical cards, keepsakes, or gift products in the future. Return eligibility for physical products will be listed on the product page or at checkout when those products become available.
Personalized physical products may be final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error by Kinfold.
