Kinfold currently sells personalized digital song products. These products are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping.

Digital Delivery

After your order is completed, your custom song will be delivered by email or another digital delivery method provided at checkout.

No physical product will be shipped unless a physical product is specifically included in your purchase.

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are listed on the product page, during checkout, or in your order confirmation.

Delivery timelines begin after we receive the required order information from you.

Delivery may be delayed if:

- The email address provided is incorrect
- Required order details are missing
- We need clarification before production can continue
- There are technical issues outside of our control
- The order is placed during a high-volume period

Incorrect Email or Delivery Information

Please make sure your email address and order details are accurate before submitting your order.

Kinfold is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

Missing Digital Delivery

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check your spam, junk, promotions, and filtered email folders first.

If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@kinfoldgifts.com and we will help resend the file or delivery link.

Physical Products

Kinfold may offer physical cards, keepsakes, or gift products in the future.

When physical products are available, shipping rates, carrier information, delivery timelines, and return eligibility will be shown at checkout or on the product page.
